Stinchcombe Summer Social

The playground committee is arranging a summer social on church field

There will be traditional games and races for adults and children. Think sack race, egg and spoon race, tug of war and wellie wanging. There will be events for young and old, we aim for it to be an inclusive event so please bring your friends and relatives.

It’s not all competition, Read With Me will have a reading corner for people to relax in and Rev. Fiona and Catherine will be organising some craft activities for the village to get creative. 

There will also be a cake baking competition, so bring down your best bake for the chance to take the village bake off title. There will be children and adult categories so please bring your creations along on the day. 

There will be a cashless bar serving a variety of drinks so walking is advisable if possible. If insurance can be secured there will be a free bouncy castle.

To finish off there will also a raffle with some amazing prizes.

Come on down for some fun for all the ages. All monies raised will go towards the development of a new playground and community space at church field. We look forward to seeing you!
