Annual Litter Pick

Spring has sprung and the verges and hedgerows are bursting into bloom, but they’re also becoming littered with the usual cans, bottles and general litter. If you’d like to help do something about it, please come along to the Village Hall at 10.30am on Sunday 20 th March and join the annual Litter Pick. Litter pickers, high-vis jackets and bin bags are available but it would help if you could bring your own gloves. There was a record turnout last year and some interesting stuff found – do come and lend a hand and let’s see what turns up this time!

The Parish Council is aware that the litter problem would be much worse in not for the number of residents who keep particular areas clear or pick up as they walk their dogs. This help is much appreciated so a big thank you to all of you.
