Parish Plan DocumentThe Parish Plan published in 2008 has come to the end of its planned five year life this year and, as agreed at the Village Assembly in 2012, the Parish Council has been working to update and refresh it. The original contributors to the plan have been consulted and the final draft of the refreshed plan is now ready for viewing by Stinchcombe residents as the last and main part of the consultation process. The draft has been placed on this website – click on Downloads, then Parish Council, Parish Plan and Draft Refresh 2013. If you do not have internet access you can request a paper copy by calling the Parish Clerk (Nola Bradley) on 544611. So that you can easily identify what has been refreshed the changes from the original 2008 Plan are highlighted in yellow on the Draft Refresh 2013 copy. This is your opportunity to submit any comments or suggestions on the draft to the Parish Clerk via email ( or post (Hill House, Wick Lane) before a public meeting is held in the Village Hall. Please make sure that any comments or suggestions reach the Clerk by the end of October.
The public meeting in the Village Hall will be on Wednesday 20th November at 7.30pm and will include discussion of the comments and suggestions received on the draft in order to achieve final endorsement of the Parish Plan Refresh and agreement to its publication.
