Parish Plan

image_pdfimage_print

The Stinchcombe Parish Plan was the culmination of almost two years of work and involvement by many people in the parish. The process began at a meeting for residents called by the Parish Council in February 2006 to introduce the concept and discuss the appropriateness of a Plan for Stinchcombe. The Parish Council has remained involved since then and throughout the process and has taken responsibility for monitoring and progressing outstanding actions in the Action Plan section of the document.

The Parish Plan deals with issues under four main headings:
• Land use and development
• Traffic and highways
• Environment and parish appearance
• Facilities, opportunities and communication

The Stinchcombe Parish Plan 2008 document can be found under Downloads – The Parish Council – The Parish Plan.

The last update on progress with the Action Plan section of the Parish Plan 2008 was given at the Annual Parish Assembly in May 2012.

The Parish Plan 2008 was reviewed and refreshed during 2013 and the February 2014 Refresh version is now available on this website under Downloads – The Parish Council – The Parish Plan.
