At the recent Parish Council AGM, minutes are available to be downloaded, three new Parish Councillors were Co-opted to replace Mr Brown and Mrs Bartlett.

Ms Guy has lived in Stinchcombe all her life and is keen to preserve and maintain its character. She has recently completed a law degree and has had work experience in SDC’s legal and planning departments as well as with the Citizens’ Advice Bureau in Gloucester. She feels that youth is under-represented in the village and is keen to see more for young people.

Mr Hillman has lived in the village for four years, initially only at weekends but has now settled here. He feels that the Parish Council has a very important role to play and must be retained. He is also concerned about provision for young people.

Mr Carbone has lived in Stinchcombe for over five years during which time he has been impressed by the time that people are willing to give to the village and now feels he would like to contribute more.
